Terms of use

Conditions for this personal-use assistant.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Hermes PA is a privately operated assistant for Richard Li's own use and, only if expressly permitted, a small number of people personally known to the operator. There is no public account registration or paid service offered on this website.

Authorized use

Use only accounts and information you are entitled to access. Authorizing Google permissions enables a capability; it does not authorize every possible action. Sending mail, changing calendar events, booking, purchasing and similar actions require a specific current instruction from the account owner.

AI output and checking results

AI-generated summaries and suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Check important dates, recipients, message text and proposed changes before relying on them. The assistant is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal or financial advice.

Availability

The assistant runs on the owner's Mac and depends on its power, login state and internet connection, as well as Google, OpenAI and Telegram availability. There is no promise of uninterrupted operation, emergency response or an uptime service level. Hosting this website on AWS does not move the assistant's compute to AWS.

Privacy and third-party services

The privacy policy explains the intended data flows and available controls. Google, OpenAI, Telegram, AWS and GoDaddy have their own terms and policies. This application is not endorsed by Google or those providers.

Stopping use

The owner can stop the assistant, revoke Google access, and request removal of local records. Records already sent to third-party services must be managed using those services' controls.

Contact and changes

Contact richardrq98@gmail.com for questions. Material changes to these terms or the assistant's permissions should be reviewed before continuing use. These terms do not impose a subscription, payment obligation, mandatory arbitration clause or new agreement with a third party.
